«The History» is a new beer restaurant in Minsk, which carefully gathered under its roof the figures and symbols of the outgoing epoch, everything that is familiar and valuable for those born in the USSR.

The online agency Red Graphic has developed a promo site for «The History» that reflects equally its beer specifity and philosophy.

«We took the cultural layer of the 60-80th, both permitted and prohibited: records made on X-ray films, Vishnevskaya and Rostropovich, The Beetles, The Mashina Vremeni, BG, Tsoi are mixed with Kobzon, Pieha and Magomaev. No politics. Only movie, music and sport. And each of these trends has its own saloon in «The History». «The History» is a collage made of memorable, cherished ideas, sounds, heroes and events», – says Olga Troshko, the brand manager of the beer restaurant.

Familiar from the childhood figures and idols of foretime greet you on the site: heroes of the favorite cartoons and movies, rock-music icons and Soviet pop-stars, great sportsmen and Olympic champions. And certainly there is beer here! Beer in bottles, beer in glasses, beer in a TV-set...

As to a TV-set, we installed a good old image tube device with a blinking screen in a varnished wooden cabinet, which broadcasts a «TV program»-the trailers of entertainment and sport programs that are served together with beer in the beer restaurant.

There is also a «radio room» on the site. It is located in the upper right corner of the page. The forthcoming concerts are announced with its help.

By the way, when you visit the site, it is worth to pay your attention to a virtual beer mat (lower right corner of the page) that announces the actions conducted by «The History».

It is possible to scroll the menu, have a look through the photo album and, inspired by that, reserve a table.
